- Physical inspection of the product under test
- Testing and calibration as per a standardized checklist algorithm
- Soak test for minimum 24 hours under maximum expected voltage and temperature variation conditions
- Product subjected to vibration test bench for mechanical ruggedness
- Final re-checking for calibration or functioning by quality control engineer
