We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Ampere Hour Meters and Ampere Minute meters for a wide range of applications for precision electroplating and battery testing applications.

Electroplating: Plating thickness is directly proportional to the integration of current over a period of time. The preset Amp-Hr or Amp-Min limit ensures precision repeatability and uniformity of the plating thickness guaranteeing quality and avoiding wastage of material. Time controlled dosage pumps allow automation. Hence where there is a criticality of thickness of plating and uniformity is required, Ampere Hour/Minute Meter is the solution. For example, gold plating, rhodium plating, platinum plating etc.

Battery Testing: The instrument integrates the current while allowing the charged battery to discharge through a load until the battery voltage falls below the specified limit (10.5V for a 12V battery), to give a measure of the AH rating of the battery.

pH And ORP Indicators and Controllers

pH And ORP Indicators/Controllers specially designed for water treatment and swimming pool applications where both pH and ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) need to be monitored. Instead of having to source two different meters and worry about wiring and compatibility, you can now continuously measure both pH and ORP with HI 981406.

There are two separate set points for pH and ORP which the operator can adjust at will. Once the pH set point is exceeded, the appropriate LED light will come on to alert the operator. Likewise, once the ORP level drops below the set point, the red ORP light will stay on.

Dry/Wet Sensor: Humidity Controllers, indicators and loggers using dry/wet sensors give very accurate readings. With the sensors being enclosed in stainless steel tubes, they ensure a long life and the unit can be used even in corrosive environments at very high levels of humidity. Hence for applications like humidity chambers, salt spray chambers, incubators, poultry etc. dry/wet sensors are essential.
